Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in the Construction/Contractor industry located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be providing paralegal support related to our real estate and transactional activities. You will manage a range of tasks including maintaining our database of commercial real estate transactional documents, assisting with our Home Owners Association operations, and managing documentation for secured debt transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide paralegal support for real estate and transactional activities

• Maintain a comprehensive database of commercial real estate transactional documents

• Manage documentation for secured debt transactions

• Collect and update contract documents and materials for the sale of homes

• Assist with the operation and documentation of Home Owners Association

• Compile complete documentation regarding the company's real estate acquisitions and dispositions

• Research public records and consult with divisions to determine ownership and status of property

• Review surveys and final plats, confirm accuracy of and draft legal descriptions

• Process orders for flood certifications, maintain tracker of requests, and review certifications for accuracy

• Review requests for changes to home purchase and sale agreement documents and revise as necessary

• Maintain electronic filing system and field questions from Division personnel

• Communicate directly with municipalities, outside counsel, Division personnel, Corporate officers, and other departments throughout the company

Skills:

• Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate

• Experience in Real Estate - Commercial

• Understanding of Real Estate - Residential and Real Estate - Subdivision

• Proficiency in Real Estate Acquisitions

• Familiarity with Real Estate Contracts

• Experience in Real Estate Transaction Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in the construction or contractor industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate - Commercial.

• Familiarity with Real Estate - Residential and Real Estate - Subdivision.

• Proficiency in Real Estate Acquisitions and managing Real Estate Contracts.

• Demonstrated ability to handle Real Estate Transactions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field is preferred.
