Position Overview

Qualifications: EDUCATION: Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field. EXPERIENCE: 2 years in a mental health setting/agency CERTIFICATION(S): American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer or ASHI Basic Life Support for Health Providers LICENSURE: State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor. Job Highlights: Participates in clinical rounds, maintains communication with unit or department leadership. Provides assistance to patients, family members or visitors 18 years of age and younger exhibiting the potential for harm to self or others. Ensures proper documentation of patient progress.
