The Work:

  • Perform Mobility and Telephony audit for assigned accounts, including:

  • Significant focus overcharges and opportunity for cost analysis and reduction

  • Telephony voice and data audit

  • Collect and analyze billing rates compared to contract rates in order to find and report billing errors

  • Perform in depth analysis of current environment in order to discover and recommend opportunities for improvement. (i.e. underutilization, zero usage, incomplete disconnects, closed locations)

  • Report findings to client and carrying out steps are necessary to gain acceptance of audit findings and optimization recommendations

  • Collaborate with Financial Analyst team members, as necessary, to support optimization discovery and delivery of results for client approved recommendations

  • Maintain A&O reporting database of potential and identified opportunities across all projects.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking all milestones to ensure accurate measurement of progress and number of hours/resources necessary to deliver results.

  • Provide monthly updates on internal calls outlining current and new A&O opportunities, new types of findings, and best practices for improving the client’s environment or lowering costs.

  • Create and maintain a process (checklist/best practices) on what to look for when conducting A&O so Financial Analysts can identify as part of baseline building process.

  • Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business.

  • Provide expertise and guidance across multiple work streams to implement new solutions(s).

Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of telecommunications bill audit experience in voice and data services

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with telecommunications carrier billing systems including various portals, long distance rate structures, telecommunications contracts, and data network components and pricing

  • 5 years experience in network services including: Mobility/WAN/LAN, MPLS, SIP, data center, legacy voice (local and LD), Skype/Lync and wireless networking service

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills

  • MBA/Master's Degree

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
