Location: Bremerton, WA, Hybrid in-person and remote schedule - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote. Type: Non-Exempt Compensation: $23.22 - $33.65/hour (Skookum's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.) Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, (flexible start and end times depending on scheduling needs) As a Digital Media Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's online presence and brand identity across various digital platforms. They will lead efforts in social media management, website support and utilize graphic design skills to ensure cohesive branding and effective communication strategies. Additionally, the specialist will lead the coordination and creation of company apparel, swag, and promotional items, collaborating with vendors to produce high-quality branded merchandise that aligns with our company's image and values. Moreover, they will support recruitment initiatives and utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimize digital strategies. Digital Media Specialist Job Responsibilities: Take the lead in managing and engaging with our company's social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach on social media platforms. Create and schedule content calendars, including posts, stories, and interactive content. Lead the coordination and creation of company apparel, maintain apparel store, swag, and promotional items. Collaborate with vendors to design and produce high-quality branded merchandise that aligns with our company's image and values. Assist Skookum Site Managers with ordering items for employees across the country. Assist with graphic design requests, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, and marketing materials. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Create and manage recruiting posts across various platforms, including job boards and social media channels. Coordinate paid advertising campaigns to attract top talent and promote our employer brand. Provide backend support for our WordPress website, including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure website functionality and user experience meet company standards. Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and digital marketing efforts. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize digital strategies. Take the lead in maintaining the company-wide internal digital signage system with new content, including creating templates and adding new content and media, as requested by various departments.
