Location(s) : Greater Bristol Area – Young Adult Support ProgramHours: M-F Flex 40 Hour Full TimeStarting Salary: $45,240 / yearly with 1 year experience
Responsibilities:
Innovative Strategy Design: Develop creative strategies for effective behavioral support in group homes.
Specialized Behavioral Plans: Craft exciting, individualized plans for those with Developmental Disabilities and mental health needs.
Traumatic Brain Injury Leadership: Lead the development of support plans for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury, providing staff education.
Clinical Documentation Excellence : Ensure meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to best practices in behavioral support.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with families and treatment providers for seamless, collaborative planning processes.
Intake and Discharge Participation: Actively contribute to intake and discharge processes, shaping positive outcomes for young adults.
Dynamic Team Engagement: Join a dynamic team, celebrating passion and creating a positive and vibrant future for our community.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field; Bachelor’s degree candidates actively pursuing post-graduate degrees considered
Minimum two (2) years of experience with mental health populations
Various education and experience combinations will be considered
Demonstrated ability to balance autonomy with teamwork
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Eagerness to learn
Flexibility, adaptability, clear communication, and interpersonal skills
Resilience in managing diverse interaction styles
