Accounts Receivable Specialist

Cary, NC | 6 Month Contract | $20-25/hour

Core Experience...

  • 2+ years’ experience within Accounts Receivable

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

  • Invoice generation and reconciliation experience

  • General ledger and cash application experience required

Description: Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily accounting and financial activities to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records. This role will also perform sub-ledger (AR) maintenance for the organization including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, collections, general journal entries, and adjustments for all subsidiaries/related organizations. You will be responsible for AR functions such as customer maintenance, invoice generation, cash applications, collections, and any AR inquiries.
