Job Description

One of our automotive clients is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join their team in Dearborn, MI. The person in this role will be responsible for running two Gas Engine Controls teams, the exhaust team, and the Fuel Oil Temperature team. We're looking for someone who has a strong background in Agile methodologies and scrum practices and proven success leading agile teams.

Additional responsibilities in this role include:

- Facilitating Agile Ceremonies

o Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Removing Impediments

- Identifying and eliminating obstacles hindering the team's progress

- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their goals as well as empowering team members to make decisions and collaborate effectively

- Maintaining transparency within the team and with stakeholders

- Tracking and reporting on team progress using Agile metrics

- Working closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality products

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

- Proven track record leading Agile teams to success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

- 2-5 years of experience in a product development role

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering null
