Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Global Security Analyst * Job Type: Full-Time, Contract * Role/Title Global Security Analyst * Location Dublin OH 43017 * Duration 3 months with possible extension * Schedule: The chosen candidate will need to be flexible with their work hours. Upon their start date, they will work the hours of 0800-1600 for 4-5 weeks during their training period. They then will shift to work the hours of 1200-2000 Wednesday-Sunday. As a Global Security Analyst, your responsibilities will be: Global Event Assessment and Reporting * Monitor developing global events and analyze each for potential impact on company assets * Identify, initiate, and coordinate the appropriate response and notification to senior management and crisis management teams * Draft intelligence reports covering relevant topics concerning global business impact * Global Support & Incident Reporting Provide (24x7x365) support on a global scale * Respond to various incidents that have been escalated to Global Security for resolution. Examples may include: * Alarm calls from enterprise security solutions provider * Fraud incidents * ACC or Workplace violence incidents Headquarters Security Support * Dispatch local security officers to incident locations * Monitor and coordinate a response to security device activations (panic buttons, emergency phones, lockdown buttons, AED activations) * Assist the Dublin Security Team with Security Officer Scheduling and call-offs * Monitor enterprise access control and critical alarms * Monitor the fire system and respond to alarm activations * Assist with special projects that support Global Security and business initiatives Video Investigation and Access Control * Monitors and navigates CCTV systems to assist in investigations or live security monitoring * Troubleshoots security system issues and escalates as appropriate * Assist with the provisioning and de-provisioning of badge access * Perform security system device audits Skills: * Knowledge of security systems, devices, and building automation systems in a corporate environment * Knowledge and experience in SharePoint * Experience with Office products (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) * Can apply knowledge and experiences to a rapidly changing environment * Dedicated to the principle of Ethical behaviour * Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to resolve problems and develop process improvements * Commitment to Customer Focus and Operational Excellence * Ability to interact effectively at all levels * Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities Education: Bachelor's degree and/or High School diploma preferred 3+ years' experience in a related field (Security/Security Solutions, Intelligence Analysis, Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections, Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT, etc.) or combination of professional experience and education PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $19-$ 21.50 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work locatioApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjkyNzg3LjEwNTA4QGFjc2ljb3JwY29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
