Talent Mobility Senior Manager

The Talent Mobility Senior Manager role involves using advanced Global Mobility functional expertise to drive great end to end move experience for business stakeholders and cross border mobile associates. The role will require expertise in mobility processes and policy to drive the day to day operations across the Mars mobility program whilst also balancing owning the most senior level and complex move scenarios. This role also oversee key governance processes to audit data and ensure completeness of records to ensure full compliance with processes and protocols by all members of the team.

What are we looking for?
A proven track record of mastering Global Mobility functional expertise (e.g. immigration, employment law, taxation)
Strong external vendor partner relationship management skills, including monitoring and auditing performance and compliance
Ability to evaluate complex mobility technical information to identify core issues and present practical understandable advice to move stakeholders
Impactful communication, both in speech and writing, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear
Experience obtained within a large scale, fast paced mobility program either within consultancy working on large scale accounts or within an in-house mobility function
Demonstrable passion for coaching others, particularly on functional and process related matters
History of driving process best practice and leading on adopting new technology approaches
Strong planning and organizational ability
Good level of skill utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience in utilizing bespoke mobility platforms and HR data systems
Desire to collaborate and build peer relationships'
Ability to influence without authority


What will be your key responsibilities?

Advise the business and P&O on the selection of the appropriate mobility policy for individual cross border moves based on talent decision tree
Ensure proper governance of move package and set-up based on appropriate expert advice and through production of move documentation, records, and payroll set-up instructions
Act as allocated mobility operative on most complex or sensitive move scenarios utilising advanced mobility functional knowledge and prior experience
Act as informal coach to less experienced members of the team to build greater functional awareness and skill within the team as a whole
Use data reporting to monitor overall program governance to ensure integrity of data and process compliance
Manage and delegate work to our vendor partners to deliver consistent and high-quality move management support to mobile associate and accompanying family members
Overseeing vendor partner providers where required on individual cross border moves, to ensure that Talent Mobility service delivery is 'fit for purpose' and effectively delivered to Associates and the business
Ensure that high quality support is provided to Associates moving internationally, acting as escalation on service issues and individual move complexities
Act as point of contact for exception requests from move management vendor or P&O business partners
Obtain feedback from P&O business partners and mobile Associates coordinating with Talent Mobility Effectiveness Manager with a focus on continuous improvement and co-creating solutions
Act as process and technology champion within the Service Delivery Team
