Responsibilities:

  • Perform assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities that will include cross-functional experience.

  • Monthly analysis of raw materials to determine Kanban size and weekly audits of cards and process flow.

  • Review, approve, and process purchase orders for raw materials on a Kanban, including order acknowledgements and expedites.

  • Schedule raw material manufacturing cell based on demand from customers and three intercompany requirements using Mainframe ERP System and Chomerics MRP System.

  • Participate in Delivery Star Point team to drive delivery improvements within the Business Unit.

  • Perform weekly cycle counts of raw materials and components to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in, or completed degree in related field, such as: Business Administrations, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management.

  • Candidate shall have completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Ability to work in person from June 2024 – August 2024 full-time.

  • Ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and assignments.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
