Job Summary:Friendly Acura of Middletown is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive A or B Level Technician to join our team. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing quality maintenance and repair services for our customers' vehicles. This is a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our dealership. • Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000/year (Based on skill level) Hourly pay plus flat rate- Full-time position- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off and holiday pay- Career advancement opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and recommend necessary repairs- Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge and advancements in the automotive industry- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle and address any concerns or questions- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and in a timely mannerRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician- ASE certifications preferred- Technical degree or completion of an accredited automotive program- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Strong attention to detail and time management skills- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC Statement:Friendly Acura of Middletown is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
