What does a Market Development Manager doat Swire Coca-Cola? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has well-developed, value-based persuasive skill, is practiced at customer service, and is an innovative problem-solver. We value individuals who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit for this role will be creative and able to suggest tailored solutions to common problems, dedicated to growing the business, delivering results and facilitating deep connections between our clients and our company. Responsibilities Prospect competitive, new and dry accounts through cold calling and visiting Maximize customer revenue potential by understand their objectives, programs key strategies, concept, competitors, and consumer/shopper targets, and developing collaborative execution plans Execute LOS (look of success) to increase revenue and grow brands Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with internal and external customers. Order equipment and work with Service team to schedule installation Build relationships at multiple levels and functions in order to influence key internal and external decision makers Create offers for exclusive beverage agreements through profit analysis system and presentations Set up new accounts through the outlet maintenance process, including pricing, call and delivery dates Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required and Bachelor's Degree in business preferred or related field preferred Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 60 months required 2-4 years of fast moving consumer good experience required; beverage industry experience preferred and 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or service experience required Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Excellent Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation Detailed, organized with a strong sense of urgency Ability to work with others, internal associates, external customers and other vendors Ability to work independently & within a group Ability to make decisions & solve problems quickly Professional in appearance & dresses appropriate for the situation Base pay range is $59,353 to $77,900 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
