A Regulatory/Raw Materials Compliance Analyst (hybrid) position in Morris Plains, NJ is now available through Adecco Medical and Science. In this role, you will be working for a cosmetic manufacturer, collecting relevant documentation from our contract manufacturers. Ensure compliance of the products, raw materials, packaging, and coordinate all relevant internal approvals. This is a 6-month contract position starting in May 2024. Note that this is a hybrid position, and you will be required to work 2 days/week in the office so only local candidates will be considered. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The hourly pay rage is $ 28.00-31.00/hr. - depending on your level of experience.

Job Description:

•Collection of the relevant documentation from our contract manufacturers

•Review and assess completeness, consistency and accuracy of the documents received

•Ensure compliance of the products, raw materials, packaging, coordinate all relevant internal approvals, including but not limiting regulatory peers sign-off

•Prepare the Product Information File and any technical documentation needed for the purpose of registration.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a regulatory role specifically on cosmetics.

• BS in sciences, cosmetics

• Good communication skills

• Project management with very strong organizational skills

• Proficient with IT tools, eager to learn and navigate in new IT environments

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
