Atlantic Health System is currently seeking experienced per diem Medical Office Associate professional to join our AMG Pulmonology Allery & Sleep offices.

• The MOA will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments

• Collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record, processing medical records releases, ordering office supplies, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Required:

High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Prior front end medical office experience required

• Able to work flexible hours to accommodate practice hours

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products essential

• EMR experience desired
