Atlantic Health System Medical Office Associate II in Morristown, New Jersey

Overview

Atlantic Medical Group is seeking an experienced Medical Office Associate II for our Pediatric Endocrinology Practice in Morristown, NJ.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • The MOA will assume administrative duties for this physician practice. Responsibilities will include phone management, patient scheduling, pre-authorizations, register patients, verify demographics, scan insurance and ID cards, collect, post, and balance daily co-payments. In addition, the MOA will assume scanning responsibilities and work with the practice Manager and other staff to facilitate office flow for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous medical office experience strongly preferred

  • Epic EMR experience desired

  • Computer literacy essential
