Digital Development EngineerCVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Digital Development Engineer to design and develop digital software applications and platforms. Duties include: analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; upgrade existing software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Telecommuting available. 10% travel within the U.S. Multiple positions.Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Sprint and release planning for digital product development; providing domain support within the healthcare industry; Rally and Confluence; Agile methodologies and SAFe software development principles; Web content accessibility guidelines and best practices; and assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver. Requires 10% travel within the U.S. Telecommuting available.
