Responsibilities Speech Pathologist - Ambulatory Clinic (0. 8 FTE, day shift, 64 hours bi-weekly) We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our speech team with a focus on dysphagia and voice managment. This position serves children with primary issues around feeding, swallowing and voice. This position will include outpatient services referred by community providers and hospital clinics, as well as provision of instrumental swallow assessments for the inpatient teams. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years related to voice, dysphagia/feeding experience and training with instrumental dysphagia assessment. We work to support multidisciplinary teams throughout the hospital and outpatient clinics, with strong associations with Aerodigestive, Pulmonary, Cardiology, ENT, Craniofacial, GI, Medical and Surgical teams. We promote strong relationships with families to assess and support the feeding/swallowing skills and development of our patients, for optimal functional outcomes. Provides diagnostic assessment, treatment, and consultation for children with disorders of speech, language, cognitive or social communication, swallowing, and related disorders. Provides support, training, and education to parents and families, caregivers and educators, other professionals, and the community. Preferred skills: VFSS and FEEs experience MBSIMP training Pediatric voice and gender affirming voice therapy experience Requirements Required Education/Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university. Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings. Required Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Preferred: Pediatric hospital experience. Functional knowledge of a second language. Min to Max Hourly Salary$44.46 - $66.69 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$92,476.80 - $138,715.20 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
