The Resident Assistant/CNA provides direct care for the Heartwood Heights residents along with ORHC patients that follow the Care Plan and assists each resident/patient to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition. This position includes 8/12 hour shift rotation (weekend & holiday involvement); 72hrs/2wks and qualifies for holiday and weekend incentive pay.
