Description:

The Outbound Mailroom Associate will be responsible for printing, sorting, and applying postage to mail. Individual will also be responsible for printing and mailing explanation of benefits, medical records and litigation records. This is a 100% in office role based in our Sioux Falls location. There is a clear career path with promotional opportunities with pay increases available within 6 months dependent upon performance. ONCE THEY GO ON DIRECT-In addition, we have a company culture that rewards employees for putting in the extra effort! Extra prizes and gifts are given away throughout the year! The starting wage for this role is $16.50 per hour plus annual company bonus of up to 7% based on performance. If you hit your monthly incentive goal! Earn up to $300 extra per month.
