Description:

Identify, translate, and document investor conditions of mortgage deficiencies

Clear deficiencies so that investor will purchase mortgage

Build relationship with investor representatives

Understand the entire mortgage process (application, documentation, disclosures)

Ability to work professionally both inside and outside of our company

Clear written and spoken communication is a necessity

Pipeline management/time management a key component to success

May perform additional duties as necessary to keep the Bank operating efficiently and effectively.
