This position reports into the Director of Global Strategy & Equity for Aveeno; it is based in Skillman, New Jersey with a hybrid work option.

Role reports to: Director of Global Strategy & Equity for Aveeno.

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025

Travel %: 25%

Pay: $97,000 to $166,750

What will you do

The Manager, Global Content & Digital Communication - Aveeno is responsible for developing competitive global Digital communication strategy, campaigns and assets, that amplify Aveeno's global digital footprint and develop household penetration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Digital communication

Develop, communicate, and execute an ambitious Global Digital Content Strategy for Aveeno, delivering against equity & business objectives: improved P&L, market competitiveness, brand image.

Catalyze Global Brand Building and ensure the cohesiveness of the brand experience across geographies, skincare categories and touchpoints, while establishing clear and consistent Design guidelines, as well as orchestrating the synchronized and high-impact execution of Global communication initiatives with efficient planning management and partnership with Regional Leaders.

Own the development of a competitive Global Brand Website, designed as a pivotal touchpoint in the omnichannel strategy, that echoes the values, skin care expertise and competitiveness of the brand.

Lead the creation of high-quality and impactful global content for multimedia platforms in partnership with Agencies, to communicate a consistent and compelling brand narrative
(texts, captions, photography, videos, infographics, interactive assets, ...)

2. Global Social Media Strategy

Recommend and implement full-funnel global social media strategies aligned with Regional Marketing and Influence Leads, to enhance Aveeno's reach and conversion.

Empower audience strategies based on data-driven insights from Consumer Business Intelligence Teams, Local Marketing, and Media Agencies to maximize reach.

Build a competitive Global Social Media calendar and ensure its consistent execution across markets on leading platforms.

3. Data-analytics and Budget Management

Track and analyze social media and website performance metrics, share regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for increased Digital communication success.

Manage the budget for Global digital communication initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

4. Coordination

Ensure compliance and consistency in global messaging in partnership with Regional and Local Marketing, Legal and regulatory teams, while demonstrating consumer-centricity and protecting Aveeno's reputation globally.

Partner with IT and Creative Teams & Agencies to develop a best-in-class website and enriched webpages on e-retailers website.

Foster a skincare-obsessed and digital-savvy culture across the Kenvue Skin Health & Beauty community, while staying abreast of skin care industry trends to inform content and communication strategies, and remaining informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 8of relevant Business or Marketing & Digital experience. Preferably in the Skin Health & Beauty industry.

Proven track record in global skincare brand building: brand positioning, international marketing strategy development aligned with business objectives, management of Global Digital brand campaigns, global website building, global social media calendar building.

Experience in Global integrated marketing campaigns creation & execution.
- expertise in advertising, global campaign development, asset creation (proven creative skills), with an understanding of diverse skincare markets and cultural nuances.
- audience-centricity (consumers/ customers/ influencers), with care for executional excellence.

Digital Marketing and e-commerce skills:
- knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- familiarity with e-commerce platforms/ e-retail channels, with a focus on driving sales & engagement
- understanding of digital analytics; ability to leverage data for optimization and performance tracking

Strong project management skills to design and oversee the executions of Digital initiatives within timelines & budgets. Experience in setting measurable marketing goals/ KPIs, and monitoring performance against target.
