Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a highly meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Toledo, Ohio. This role is essential within our telecom provider workplace, where you will handle various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our data systems. You will be working with carrier credentials, managing databases, and providing assistance with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assign Carrier Credentials and assist with access to various carrier sites

• Save various documents to OnBase for easy access and organization

• Run Producer Data Base Reports, ensuring accuracy in all data entry

• Run Daily Help Desk Report and address any issues that arise

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and improve efficiency

• Utilize technology tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to execute tasks efficiently

• Maintain a high level of detail orientation with a focus on customer service

• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

• Display strong problem-solving skills, including research capabilities, to resolve issues as they arise

• Meet project deadlines and ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry and High-Volume Data Entry

• Ability to perform Numeric Data Entry accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment

• Ability to ensure project deadlines are met

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
