This position is not solely focused on DEIB, each faculty member contributes to the overall mission of the center, including our DEIB strategic goal. However, the person in this position will dedicate more of their time to DEIB than other faculty members. DEIB efforts will be aided by SITE’s DEIB graduate assistant.
