Patient Diagnoses: They may get various types of patients requiring telemetry monitoring including chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemaker, or defibrillator. They work with a heart failure navigator. Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR Specialty: MS/Tele Required Skills / Certs / Exp: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year Skills: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Cardiac GTT exp. MUST be comfortable with cardiac drips including :Cardizem, Dopamine, dobutamine, milrinone, amiodarone, Lasix and heparin.
