Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) (https://positions.paylocity.com/PositionManagement/wizard/2033530) seeks a talentedTraining and Technical Support Coordinatorto contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. TheTraining and Technical Support Coordinatorsupports deliverables for the NYS Trauma Informed Network and Resource Center (TINRC) grant funded by the NYS Office of Mental Health. Additionally, theTraining and Technical Support Coordinatorsupports CCSI’s Transformation in Education (TIE) consulting line which is inclusive of TIG and extends to additional training experiences and projects. This role supports these areas through high-level event and training coordination, implementation, production, execution, and administrative responsibilities, to deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and scope. TheTraining and Technical Support Coordinatorwill require technical expertise to create, implement, and manage learning experiences, training, and events in a software system, and curriculum and training development using Microsoft and other tools.

In this role, you will be

  • Designing, developing, managing, and executing high-quality events and training collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders, as needed.

  • Using various learning technologies to schedule, host, produce, and execute online, hybrid, and in-person learning events and training.

  • Developing program and training materials with Subject Matter Experts.

  • Supporting the creation, maintenance, and update of blended learning solutions such as e-learning, videos, surveys, etc. with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and incorporating trends, innovation, and platforms in learning technology and adult education best practices into TIE/TIG and TINRC learning and projects.

  • Collaborating with TIE/TIG and TINRC Evaluation team to ensure that events and training include efficient processes for data collection and measurement.

  • Developing and monitoring work plans with key milestones for each event and training project in conjunction with Project Lead, as needed.

  • Managing of CEU process including registration, evaluation survey, and distribution.

  • Identifying project challenges and working collaboratively with the Project Lead to solution finding.

  • Developing and supporting the utilization of project templates.

  • Working collaboratively with TIE/TIG and TINRC staff for timely marketing or email correspondence and campaigns through Constant Contact, or other platforms.

  • Coordinating logistics of TIE/TIG and TINRC training, events, meetings, etc., including managing registration, set-up, breakdown, and payments.

  • Coordinating training logistics for TIE/TIG and TINRC staff and supporting travel arrangements and other logistics for events and training in coordination with pertinent staff, as needed.

  • Communicating on time with new and existing TIE/TIG, TINRC partners, and participants regarding training and event inquiries.

  • Maintaining inventory, assembly, and organization of TIE/TIG training materials in collaboration with per diem staff.

  • Assisting with preparation of materials including copying, organizing, packing, and/or shipping for on-site learning experiences held in non-CCSI locations.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business or Communications, or relevant field of study, or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart (https://www.ccsi.org/CCSI/media/pdfs/Equivalency-chart.pdf) )

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple and simultaneous events and training projects.

  • Aptitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn/adapt new tools and technologies.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-driven to accomplish tasks, and ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to always display a courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Comfortable working “behind the scenes” in support of projects
