Social Worker MSW - Case Management - Providence St. Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla, Washington Current Opportunities: Per Diem, Day Shift (not eligible for hiring bonus and benefits) 0.5 FTE Part-Time, Day Shift 1.0 FTE Full-Time, Day Shift Under the general guidance and direction by the Supervisor and Director of Care Management, provides case management in accordance with policy and procedures of PSMMC in collaboration with the patient and patient's family Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in healthcare related field Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License 1 year experience in a health care setting Why Join Providence?
